The primary contact for all contestant matters and questions regarding the logistics of their visit is Emma Bradley: emmarealaero@outlook.com
When a contestant registers Emma will send them a ‘welcome pack’, which will contain essential information…
- outline event schedule
- information regarding the catering
- accommodation list
- our team contact details
- local attractions
- local transport information
- options for non flyers
With regard to local transport; to and from the airfield to accommodation and local attractions we aim to have a number of club member standing by with their car. However VAWC participants can not count fully on this serivce.
The entertainment for the awards party is a swing vocalist; Harry Collins.
A solid outline for the nonflying and bad weather activities will be posted at a later stage.
